Sage AI-Kit license
One purchase gives you a commercial license: use the sections and prompts in as many personal and client projects as you like. The only restriction is about the kit itself: you cannot resell it or give it away.
In short
- You can: build websites, landing pages and apps for yourself and for clients, with no limit on the number of projects.
- You can: change the sections, styles and prompts any way you like.
- You cannot: sell, give away or publish the kit itself or parts of it.
What you get
After payment you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use Sage AI-Kit: the Figma file with sections and styles, and the prompts that go with them. The license is issued to you personally and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
The rights to the kit stay with us. You buy the right to use it, not the kit as a product.
What you can do
- Use the sections, styles and prompts in unlimited personal and client projects, including commercial ones.
- Change anything to fit the job: colors, fonts, structure, the wording of prompts.
- Combine sections with each other and with your own work.
- Generate code from the prompts in any AI tool and use it in your projects.
- Sell the finished result of your work: a website, a landing page, an app or the design of a specific project.
What you cannot do
- Resell, give away or pass the kit or parts of it to other people, paid or free.
- Publish the file or the prompts openly: in Figma Community, on GitHub, in Telegram channels, on file sharing sites.
- Include the sections and prompts in your own templates, UI kits, prompt packs, courses or other products whose main value is the kit materials themselves.
- Present the kit as your own product.
Client projects
Your client receives the finished result: the website, the code and the design of their project. You can hand over the file of that project, with the sections you used, together with the work.
You cannot hand over the kit itself or the prompts. The client does not get a license to the kit: if they need it for their own work, they buy their own copy.
Teams
The license is meant for one person. If a team or a studio needs the kit, write to us at hi@dimadiuh.com and we will work something out.
Updates
New sections and prompts that appear in the file after your purchase are covered by the same license. You do not buy them separately.
When the license ends
- If you received a refund for the kit.
- If the license terms are broken, for example the kit is resold or published openly.
In that case delete the file and the prompts and do not use them in new projects.
