Terms of use

These are the rules the Sagely website and Sage AI-Kit run on: what you buy, how you get access, and how to get your money back if the kit is not for you.

The website sagely.design and Sage AI-Kit are run by Dmytro Diuh, a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine (FOP Diuh Dmytro Anatoliiovych). Below we call ourselves “we”.

By using the site, leaving your email or buying the kit you agree to these terms. If something here does not work for you, please do not buy yet and write to us first.

Sage AI-Kit is a digital product: a Figma file with website sections and styles, plus prompts for AI tools that go with them. There is no physical item and nothing is shipped.

The current contents are described on the Sage AI-Kit page. They can change with updates: we add new sections and prompts and may rework existing ones.

  • The price is shown on the kit page. The price you see at the moment of payment is the one that applies.
  • It is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
  • Payments are handled by a payment provider. For buyers in Ukraine it is WayForPay. The amount is charged in hryvnia, and you see the exact amount in the payment window before confirming. You enter your card details on the provider's side, we never see or store them.
  • If a payment fails, you are not charged. The page you land on explains the reason, and if it is unclear, write to us.
  1. After a successful payment you see a page with a button that opens our Telegram bot.
  2. The bot sends you a link to the Figma file.
  3. You duplicate the file to your own Figma account. From then on the copy is yours to keep.

The same link is emailed to the address you gave before paying. You need a Telegram account and a Figma account. If the link does not arrive or the file does not open, write to us and we will give you access manually.

New sections and prompts are added to the same file, so you always have the latest version. Updates are free, there is nothing extra to pay.

We do not promise a fixed schedule or number of updates: the kit grows as new work is ready.

If the kit is not for you, write to us within 14 days of the purchase and we will refund the full amount. You do not have to explain why.

  • The money goes back the same way you paid. How long it takes depends on your bank and the payment provider.
  • After a refund your license to the kit ends: delete the file and the prompts and do not use them in new projects.

Every purchase comes with a commercial license: you can use the sections in unlimited personal and client projects, but you cannot resell or give away the kit itself. The full rules are on the License page.

By buying the kit you agree that we may show you among our buyers and community members: on the site, on social media and in Sagely promotional materials.

  • Your name and the photo or avatar from your public profile.
  • A review of the kit that you sent us or published, and a screenshot of that review.
  • Work made with the kit that you shared with us or in the community.

We never publish your email, phone number or payment details.

If you would rather stay out of sight, write to hi@dimadiuh.com. We will remove your name, photo or review from the site and will not use them in new materials. This does not affect your purchase or your access to the kit in any way.

When you leave your email on the community waitlist or in the free prompts form, you agree to receive emails from us about Sagely and the kit. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. How we treat your data is described in the Privacy policy.

Site content and third-party trademarks

The texts, design, graphics and video on this site belong to us. Please do not copy them into your own products without our permission.

Figma, Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, v0, Lovable, Bolt and other names belong to their owners. We mention them only to explain what the kit works with. Sagely is not affiliated with these companies and does not act on their behalf.

  • The kit is provided as it is at the time of purchase. We care about quality and fix the mistakes we learn about.
  • What an AI tool produces depends on the tool, its version and its settings. We cannot guarantee that every tool gives the same result.
  • AI tools and Figma are separate services with their own terms and prices. We are not responsible for how they work.
  • We do not promise any specific income or time saved. The numbers on the site describe our own experience and the experience of people who left reviews.
  • Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the kit. This does not take away any consumer rights the law gives you.

We may update this document. The date of the current version is at the top of the page. Your purchase is covered by the terms that were published on the day you paid.

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. We first try to settle any dispute by talking to you. If that does not work, the dispute goes to the court the law points to. Mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in still apply.
