Who handles your data

Dmytro Diuh, a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine (FOP Diuh Dmytro Anatoliiovych). For any question about your data, write to hi@dimadiuh.com.

What we collect

  • Waitlist and the free prompts form: your email address.
  • Buying the kit: the name, email and phone number you give before paying, the amount, date and status of the payment, plus what the payment provider passes on: the card network and a masked card number (first and last digits).
  • The Telegram bot that delivers the kit: your Telegram account ID and name, and the messages you send to the bot.
  • Support conversations: whatever you choose to write to us.
  • Hosting logs: IP address, browser type and time of the request. They keep the site running and protected.
  • Where you came from: the ad tags in the page address (utm) and, if advertising is allowed (see Cookies and analytics), the Meta click and browser identifiers, your IP address and browser type at the time of the request.

We receive your name, email and phone number as soon as you submit the form before paying. If the payment does not go through, we keep them and may write to you about the unfinished purchase.

Your card number, expiry date and security code are seen only by the payment provider. They never reach us.

Why we need it

  • To deliver the kit after payment and send you its updates.
  • To answer questions, help with access and issue refunds.
  • To send emails about Sagely and the kit, if you left your email.
  • To keep payment records as the law requires.
  • To understand which ads bring buyers and to show those ads to people who may be interested.

Legal basis

  • Contract: to sell you the kit and give you access.
  • Your consent: for the newsletter and for showing your name, photo and review among our buyers. You can withdraw it at any time.
  • Legal obligation: for payment records.
  • Our legitimate interest: protecting the site from abuse, recording where buyers come from and measuring our ads. For visitors from the EU, the UK and Switzerland advertising and analytics run only with their consent.

What we show publicly

Under the terms of purchase we may show among our buyers your name, the photo or avatar from your public profile, your review and the work you shared. The details are in the Terms of use.

Your email, phone number and payment details never appear in public materials. To have your name, photo or review removed, just write to hi@dimadiuh.com.

Who receives your data

We do not sell your data and do not pass it on for anyone else's advertising. It is available only to the services the site and the sale cannot work without:

  • The payment provider processes the payment. For buyers in Ukraine it is WayForPay.
  • SendPulse sends our emails and runs the Telegram bot.
  • Google provides Tag Manager and the analytics connected through it. We also keep a record of requests and payments in Google Sheets: name, email, phone, amount, date and ad tags.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) receives data about visits to the site through its pixel. When you submit a request or pay, we also tell Meta about it directly, with your email, phone and name in encrypted (hashed) form, to measure the results of our ads.
  • Telegram carries messages between you and the bot.
  • The hosting provider stores the site and its technical logs.

These services work under their own privacy policies and may process data outside your country.

How long we keep it

  • Newsletter email: until you unsubscribe.
  • Purchase data: while your access to the kit is active and for as long as the law requires payment records to be kept.
  • Support conversations: as long as they are needed to resolve your question.

You can ask us to delete your data earlier. We will delete everything the law does not oblige us to keep.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses Google Tag Manager and the Meta pixel. Tag Manager connects analytics and advertising tools, and the pixel shows us whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram bring people to the site. These tools set their own cookies and see how people find and use the site. If you visit from the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, none of this loads until you press Accept in the cookie notice. If you do not press it, no analytics or advertising cookies are set, and Meta receives nothing from us about your visit, request or payment. In other countries these tools start right away and the cookie notice only informs you about them. You can turn them off by blocking this site's cookies in your browser or with an ad blocker.

The site remembers the ad tags (utm) you arrived with in your browser for up to 90 days, so a request shows which ad brought you. The Facebook ad click identifier is kept only until the end of your visit.

Your choice is remembered in your browser. To take it back, clear this site's data in the browser settings, and the notice will appear again.

During checkout the site sets one technical cookie with the payment number, so it can show you the result when you return from the bank. It lives for one day and is used for nothing else. The payment page and Telegram work under their own rules and may use their own cookies.

Your rights

  • Find out what data we hold about you.
  • Have it corrected if it is inaccurate.
  • Ask us to delete it.
  • Ask us to remove your name, photo or review from the site and our materials.
  • Withdraw your consent to the newsletter: by the link in any email or by writing to us.
  • Complain to the data protection authority in your country.

To use any of these rights, write to hi@dimadiuh.com.

Changes to this policy

If the site starts collecting other data or new services appear, we will update this page. The date of the current version is at the top.
